*CTD Peshawar Neutralizes Three FAKs (Fitna-tul-Khawarij) Responsible for 18 Terror Attacks in District Peshawar.*

Peshawar – The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Peshawar, in a swift intelligence-led operation supported by local police, neutralized *three active militants* of the proscribed outfit Fitna-tul-Khawarij (FAKs) in *PDA Regi Lalma*.

The gang had been under continuous *technical surveillance*, with investigators tracing their movements and confirming their identity through technical footprints. Tonight, while tracking their movement for the execution of a terrorist activity in the border area of District Khyber–Peshawar, *CTD SWAT team* intercepted them. The militants opened indiscriminate fire, prompting a precise and effective response, killing three on the spot. The search for fleeing accomplices continues.

One militant has been identified as *Abdullah @ Jawad,* an afghan national (Afghan citizenship card recovered) who was wanted to CTD Peshawar in FIR No. 92/2025. The identities of the other *two Ks* are being established.

Recoveries from the possession of the killed FAKs are:

*1 × M16 Rifle*

*1 × SMG*

*1 × IED (~2.5 kg)*

*1 × Hand Grenade*

*4 × Smart Phones*

*125 Rounds (different bores) & 6 Magazines*

Technical investigation links the gang to *at least 18 terrorist incidents* inside the District, including:

1. *Two attacks* on Police Post Arandu – Martyrdom of *1 police official,* *2 injured*.

2. *Two attacks* on Police Post Pajjagi – Martyrdom of *1 police official*.

3. *Two attacks* on Police Post Shamshato – Injury of *1 police official.*

4. Fire raid on PP Shahab Khel – Martyrdom of *DSP Sardar Hussain* and *2 other police officers*.

5. Fire raid & IED blast on *PS Inqilab* – Severe damage to police establishment.

6. Two attacks on PP Speen Qabar Bara – Martyrdom of *2 FC officials*.

7. Two attacks on *Subhan Sher Khwar* CP – Martyrdom of *5 police officials*, *2 injured*.

8. Ambush on police mobile at Daag Lara – Martyrdom of *3 police officials;* mobile pickup destroyed & set on fire.

9. Ambush on *PS Nasir Bagh mobile* – *2 police officials* injured.

10. Fire raid on *PP Alhaaj Market* – Martyrdom of *1 police official*.

11. IED blast on PS Urmar mobile Pickup – Injury of *1 police official*

12. Firing on 2 civilians over *extortion* demand.

13. Fire raid on *PP Achini Cross*.

Preliminary intelligence confirms the militants were part of a TTP-linked cell operating under foreign-based, foreign-funded handlers with active plans to escalate attacks on security forces, public infrastructure, and pro-state individuals.
